It is official: we've got a new gypsy wagon

We do not drive too often (the only exception being our daily trips to Lupa lake during the summer), but when we get to the car we usually make well over 600 kms over the next couple of days. Our favourite destinations explain this - Prague is 530, Brno 330, Kosice 290, Tatras 320 and Dolomites 1000. At the same time, travelling with the two priserkas is almost like moving. It takes between 4 (in summer) and 8 (typically in winter with skis and boots) trips to move all the stuff from the flat to the car (each trip meaning full load of a mule carried by me). So far our good old Skoda Octavia Combi could handle the family load, but little else. Number of seat turned out to be a real constraint - five was too little for a family of four with many friends. Now we have upgraded to 7 full seats (and the same space left for all our stuff). The new family member is called Fiat Ulysse (it is actually a French car sold under the Italian brand, which kind of fits with the Czech and Slovak family living in Hungary - we can not get these identities straight either). We hope for many thousands of happy kilometers ...
